Set the agenda - Deadline the 15th of August
Please be advised that all applications to the open call will be processed after the deadline (The 15th of August 2025). Due to limited spaces for event, applications with a focus on diversity and democracy will be prioritised. However, we do always try our very best to make room for everyone.
The execution of and the agreements relating to your event are not binding until both parties have signed a contract. This will be made available once we have processed all submissions.
In the event that you have to cancel the event less than one week before it takes place, i.e. after September 25, 2025, a fee of 2000 DKK will be charged
